- A safety topic is presented at the beginning of all operation meetings, building constant awareness.
- OSHA 30-hour training is completed by all project managers and superintendents.
- The Guarantee staff includes OSHA 500 certified trainers and NFPA 70E certified trainers.
- Safety awards and lunches recognize employee contributions to safe work practices and safe projects.
