Wired for Safety
Guarantee Electrical is "Wired for Safety"! We have been performing electrical
work for over 100 years and realize that Safety is the first priority in a
successful installation. Our years of experience has lead Guarantee to a team
concept of Safety. Over the years our leadership has changed but our mission to
work safely has remained steady.
Safety is how we start every shift of every day, our foremen perform a "Safety
Huddle", a short safety meeting, where events that are going to take place on
the site are discussed and proper safety techniques are reviewed. "The time we
spend on Safety is as productive as any installation technique that we apply on
the project", says our Director of Operations.
We at Guarantee Electrical have expanded our Safety Team to include safety
professionals from a local vendor. With the additional hands provided by an
outside source we now have the ability to have a safety professional auditing
multiple jobsites every day. At Guarantee Electrical we all are part of the
Safety Team, managers, foremen, electricians, executives all play an important
role in keeping our jobsite safe as well as productive.
