Guarantee Electrical Named As Finalist on Three AGC Construction Keystone Awards

For the third straight year, Guarantee Electrical Company has been named as a finalist on three projects for the AGC Construction Keystone Awards. With 6 Keystones in the last two years, GECO is hoping to “threepeat” for its performances on two St. Louis construction projects; Ballpark Village and Digital Realty; and the Mercy Orthopedic Hospital project in Springfield, MO.

Working on several projects with the owner Cordish Company, as well as three St. Louis contractors, Paric Corp., Clayco, and Blanton Construction, the high profile Ballpark Village project has been a tremendous addition to the St. Louis social scene. Chicago based Clune Construction has provided a growing niche in data center projects and will have a chance to be a part of the AGC St. Louis awards for the first time. The size of the $80 million Mercy Ortho project with McCarthy Building Companies in Springfield, MO, required an electrical company with the resources to partner with other local electrical contractors and manage a complex hospital project. Given GECO’s history of performance in the healthcare markets, the project was a natural fit

The AGC St. Louis Construction Keystone Awards annually celebrates construction excellence and will be held on November 13, 2014 at the Renaissance Grand Hotel in St. Louis, Missouri.
