Guarantee Electrical Company has won more AGC of MO Construction Keystone Awards than any other electrical contractor in St. Louis. Likewise, several of our projects have won ASHE Vista Awards, Willis Excellence in Construction Safety Award, Federated Electrical Contractors Award for Safety and many more.
The best outreach efforts are the one's that yield results in ways that feel inevitable. We not only financially support these efforts but likewise devote time and sweat to the causes. Organizations we support, like Pedal the Cause, Kidstruction and Hard-Hats With Heart have missions that fit well with our profile as a specialty services supplier to the construction industry. Additionally, Guarantee Electrical is intimately involved with other missions including Flags of Valor, United Way, and Big Brothers, Big Sisters.
Our team of more than 750 employees include engineers, electrical designers, project managers, safety directors, IBEW craft workers and office staff providing a complete spectrum from all different walks of life with many different strengths.
We view social responsibility in a few different manners.

- Employee health & wellness is a critical part of our social responsibility. Outside of offering a wide range of benefits including health, dental, and long-term disability insurance; vacation, GECO has a full gym offering employees the opportunity to work out at their convenience.
- We work with many different groups to help educate elementary and high schools through educational and mentorship programs.

Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)
Guarantee Electrical Company employees are more than just paid workers. They’re also part owners in Guarantee Electrical Company, thanks to our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). Successfully launched on October 1, 2005 and successfully completed on October 1, 2015, the ESOP was designed to help grow the company by facilitating the transfer of company ownership from the founding Oertli family to Guarantee employees. ESOP is 100% company funded and is part of Guarantee’s retirement benefits package.
